This festival is made to titillate your taste-buds. Food-lovers can wrap themselves in tasteful mouthfuls. In Roche-en-Ardenne on 29 and 30 September 2012
Soup recipes concocted both by celebrated chefs and professional eaters.
This year the festival will take a tourist tinge to it, as candidates from all the regions of Belgium will be presenting their favourite recipes.
Taste and terrain will be mixing on the traditional market of local produce on Saturday, without forgetting restaurant managers from Rochois who actively sustain the festival by offering bowls and bowls of soup.
Free entry.
A "tasting bowl" at a nice price allows you to taste all our soups.

The festival is growing and needed more space. Organisers have hence turned to the parking lot on the quai de l'Ourthe, a great location for the soup festival, in the centre of town, where the air is thick as soup.
Just a simple and great recipe: a pinch of folly, a sprinkle of imagination, tasty and plump vegetables, a bowl to fill and a crust of bread, and a lot of enjoyment!
