BELGIAN FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX AT SPA – FRANCORCHAMPS

The Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps has become a legendary event where you can expect surprises, suspense and high emotion every year.

Formula 1 and Francorchamps have had a long and sometimes turbulent history. The Grand Prix was held here almost every year between 1950 and 1970. It returned to Spa in 1983 after the track length was reduced from 14 to 7 km. Apart from a couple of times (most memorably in 2003 and 2006), the Grand Prix has taken place here every year, with the surprises, suspense and emotion you’d expect from an event such as this.
